CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Police said a Charleston man shot another man in the leg at his home on the West Side Thursday.

Rashaad Goins, age unknown, walked into CAMC's Women and Children's Hospital at about 3 p.m. with a gunshot to the leg, Charleston Police Sgt. Bobby Eggleton said.

Detectives learned Daniel E. "PJ" Lymon, 19, had shot Goins at Lymon's house at 204 1/2 Buchanan St. earlier, Eggleton said.

A search warrant was executed at the home but detectives could not locate Lymon.

Eggleton said Lymon is now wanted for attempted murder. He is described as a black male, standing 5 foot 7 inches tall and weighing about 130 lbs.
