DINGESS, W.Va. -- Two people were found dead in Mingo County late Sunday in an apparent murder-suicide.

State Police Trooper T.G. Kania of the Williamson detachment said the bodies of a husband and wife were found at a home off the East Fork of Pole Creek Road near Dingess just after 10 p.m.

Kania said both were shot to death in an apparent murder-suicide.

State Police spokesman Sgt. Michael Baylous identified the couple as Teri Ann Browning, 30, and William Warren Browning, 45, both of Dingess.

Kania said two juveniles were in the home at the time of the shootings. He said the shootings appeared to be related to a domestic dispute.

Baylous said the juveniles were placed in the custody of state Child Protective Services.
