BUCKHANNON, W.Va. -- Two people accused of participating in a plot to kill a Buckhannon man have been indicted on murder charges.

Media outlets report that the Upshur County grand jury indicted 29-year-old Jessie Lee Heater of Buckhannon and 30-year-old Robert Eugene Siron III of Weston this week.

Heater and Siron also are charged with conspiracy and concealing a body.

State police arrested Heater and Siron in July 2012 after the body of 29-year-old Joshua Oberg was found in a grave along Bull Run Road. Oberg had been missing since January 2012.

Heater and Siron are being held without bond in separate regional jails.
