WILLIAMSON, W.Va.-- Police in Mingo County were looking for 17 people indicted on prescription pill-related charges by a grand jury on Wednesday, the latest crackdown under the county's "Operation Zero Tolerance."

Sheriff Eugene Crum began cracking down on prescription pills after he took office earlier this year. Police said he was investigating more than 50 additional cases before he was killed while sitting in his police cruiser on April 3. Tennis Maynard of Delbarton has been charged with killing Crum.
Also indicted Wednesday were two married former Mingo County school employees, accused of sending female students explicit sexual messages and video chats on Facebook.Alandra Deseray Wellman, 23, and Justin Lee Wellman, 24, were each indicted on four counts of soliciting a minor via a computer. They face up to two to 10 years in prison and a possible $5,000 fine if convicted.
