CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A local radio talk show host has been arrested for drunken driving, his fourth arrest in the last four years.
Michael Agnello, 61, was arrested early Sunday morning in Charleston after a traffic stop, according to a criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.
Agnello, a former pastor, hosts "58 Live" on weeknights on WCHS radio. After Sunday's arrest he has been taken off the air, according to WCHS's website.
Agnello's blood alcohol level was 0.194, more than twice the legal limit, according to the complaint.
WCHS says Agnello has been suspended without pay, pending the outcome of the investigation.
According to the complaint, Agnello touched the centerline on Summers Street and was driving in a "bus only lane" on Quarrier Street.
M.Z. Blackledge, with the Charleston Police Department, wrote Agnello told him he had consumed "a few" alcohol beverages.
In July 2009, Agnello was arrested and charged with aggravated DUI after being pulled over for driving erratically. He pleaded guilty to that charge and was fined $100 plus court costs.
