In June 2010, Agnello was arrested and charged with domestic battery after his then-girlfriend told police that he grabbed her by the arms and threw her to the floor several times.
Those charges were dropped.
In August 2010, Agnello was arrested in Nitro for driving on a suspended license.
Agnello was fired after the string of arrests, but returned to the air in July 2011.
"We believe in second chances," Mike Buxser, WCHS' general manager said on the station's website. "However, this latest arrest is a serious matter and we will take appropriate action when all the facts are in."
In 2011, when Agnello was put back on the air, Buxser said that he had "made significant lifestyle changes. I look forward to having Mike's fiery personality back on the air on '58 Live.' He has earned a second chance."
Agnello was taken to South Central Regional Jail and released on bail.
