WHEELING, W.Va. -- West Virginia's U.S. Senate candidates are scheduled to debate next month in Wheeling.
The Oct. 10 debate will be held at West Virginia Northern Community College's B&O Auditorium in downtown Wheeling.
The debate will be moderated by J. Michael Myer, executive editor of The Intelligencer and Wheeling News-Register (http://bit.ly/RTSvsd ). The newspaper and West Virginia Northern are co-sponsoring the 90-minute debate.
The newspaper says incumbent Democrat U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin, Republican John Raese and Mountain Party candidate Bob Henry Baber will participate in the debate.
