When Sarah Palin quit her governorship, you liberals called her a quitter, but Joe Manchin quit and I haven't seen one editorial calling him a quitter.

Thank you, Ken Hechler, for again helping your beloved state by bringing attention to the critical threat of mountaintop-removal mining, to the health and future of our state.

I think if the federal government would give the Muslim people another piece of land away from Ground Zero and let them build there and they refuse to and still want it there, that shows disrespect for the American people.

By staying home on Saturday, the vast majority of West Virginians voted none of the above.

If they ever do build a new Nitro and St. Albans bridge, for God's sake don't paint it blue because everyone around here who has nothing else to do but whine will cry about the color.

I don't understand how people can go to a church where so much hatred is being preached.

Barack Hussein Obama is the worst president in U.S. history. Worse than Jimmy Carter and Franklin Roosevelt.

I vote to give Randall Reid-Smith a dose of his own medicine.

I watched a little bit of MSNBC and according to them Glenn Beck was trying to start another civil war. I thought it was a peace rally.

Kids can't swing anymore in Cabell County, but in a few years we'll send them off to war.

I have three children at John Adams Middle School and we were all wondering why so many good teachers have left the school besides the teachers who retired?

I read in Phil Kabler's beat that the good old governor, no-show Joe, had a high school reunion party at the mansion. I wonder, but I'm sure it was funded by taxpayers.

I am so happy to read someone is saying something nice about the bridge. They did do a wonderful job; the color is great, too. Thanks to all the hard workers.

To the Charleston police or troopers, if you want a good place to catch people to write tickets, park at the Malden fire station. Almost everybody goes through the stop sign without stopping.

During the Washington rally, Sarah Palin said, "We must restore America and her honor." You don't restore honor by listening to her and Glenn Beck. People don't seem to realize that our problems in this country are primarily due to Republicans in Congress who won't pass legislation that will benefit our people.

Since Joe Manchin is running for office he will turn his back on the most recent PEIA fraud. Someone needs to be held accountable.

Voting statistics show that in Kanawha and Monongalia counties, Hechler got half as many votes as Manchin.

The Marshall fan talking about WVU being cheaters: Seems to me like you're still on probation for paying your kids money when they didn't even have a job. By the way, you'll be 0-2 here in about three weeks.
