I think car owners and crew chiefs have been "ruled" to death. Not long ago a team was penalized for using the wrong bolts in their spoiler. I bet that gave them a huge advantage over the rest of the field! The latest fiasco is the penalty inflicted on Matt Kennseth for a connecting rod being 2.8 grams too light.
Being a fan of domestic manufacturers I don't root for any of the Toyota drivers but I think NASCAR needs to throw away the microscopes, or at least give a little more room for tweaking the cars to get the most out of them.
Let's get back to starting with a car the average person can purchase from a dealer and then call it stock car racing.
NASCAR? Like calling an apple an orange!
Gun industry mocks democratic values
Our democracy has been usurped by an industry intent on creating profits no matter the cost. We need to find a way to take back our democracy and enact the will of the people.
The gun industry's strategy to incite the fear of losing our Second Amendment rights is so distorted and extreme it makes a mockery of the true democratic values embedded in the Constitution and should be debunked at every opportunity.
