So it turns out that the mass theater shooter, Holmes, was under the full knowledge and counseling of a University of Colorado psychiatrist who treats and studies schizophrenia and who also received a package from Holmes that described a detailed idea for a mass shooting. Gross negligence of the psychiatrist was likely behind this preventable tragedy.
