Ah, religious Republicans. One thinks rape will not result in the victim getting pregnant, and another gets drunk and swims nude where Jesus walked on the water. Are these people nuts or what?

To the person complaining about the State Fair being in the "boonies," I live in those "boonies" and am proud of it.

I remember once when a guy who wanted to be president to prove his worth to his dad was elected. His strong idealistic vice president ran the country while the president rode his exercise bike. I really do not want to see this movie again.

If only there was a way to put many students onto one large vehicle so that parents wouldn't be forced to tie up traffic at Cross Lanes Elementary School every morning and afternoon to drop off or pick up one student at a time.

So after voting for George W. Bush twice, John McCain and a felon for president, West Virginia DINOs want President Obama's help for wind damage. Why? I believe it was Reagan who first said, "Elections have consequences."

Social Security does not need any reformation. It just needs the money taken from the trust fund to be replaced.

Working together, Americans can do anything. The GOP refuses to work with Democrats. Before President Obama was sworn in, the GOP vowed to vote no on all proposals by Democrats. Progress has been stymied.

Voters need to remember that Capito is a yes vote for Paul Ryan's wacky ideas to rob working people of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.
