The recent attack on the United States' embassy in Libya demonstrates the difference in the two political parties. When America was attacked on Sept. 11, 2001, Democrats worked with Republicans and united as a country and people. In the wake of the recent attack Republicans went to the media and criticized President Obama. They didn't care what comfort their shrill outbursts gave to the attackers and the disrespect it showed to the four Americans who gave their lives for us. How any decent American can vote Republican is beyond my comprehension.

Wow. Willard Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, if elected, will show "resolve" in the face of terrorism. I bet the terrorists are quivering in fear and praying they won't be elected.

As a registered Democrat since the days of George W. "Choked-On-A-Pretzel" Bush, I watch the current crop of political ads, and when a candidate says, "Obama's war on coal," or "Do away with Obamacare," I know at that moment they will not get my vote. This means you, Tomblin, Rahall and Manchin.

The more I hear Paul Ryan speak, the more I realize this man lives in an entirely different world than I do. He is really strange.

After reading the article about the Muslim countries going against the U.S., the American people should demand this country get totally out of the Middle East. Let them have their oil and let them drown in it. We will survive and be stronger for it.

Iran held us hostage under Carter's watch. As soon as Reagan stepped into the White House, they changed their tune real quick because they knew he would take care of business. History is repeating itself. We need the GOP back in there to fight the terrorists.

Obama has spent twice as much time playing golf as he's spent in security briefings. Now our citizens abroad are in danger. We need to get this "empty chair" out of the White House and get a real politician in there before we're attacked on our own soil again.

In 2000, the GOP sort-of, barely won with George Bush. In 2008, they nominated the guy that lost to George Bush. He lost. In 2012, they nominated the guy that lost to the guy who lost to George Bush. Good luck.

The same people who divide the unemployed into two separate categories to twist their numbers place all the different types of welfare recipients into one. Poor. Sorry. A lazy drug addict who won't work shouldn't be getting the same benefits as a person that's disabled and can't work. Liberals refuse to understand that.

Say what you want about Bill Clinton, he was a far better president than Ronald Reagan, who dozed through eight years, except when he was awakened by Nancy "Just-Say-No-To-Drugs" Reagan, who would check the astrological signs or the Tarot cards to tell him what to do.
