Isn't it amazing how they can put a man on the moon but we can't patch the potholes at the foot of the Patrick Street Bridge?

I'm on the do-not-call list and still get them all day up until 9:30 p.m. As a senior woman with health problems, this is causing me great problems. I'm on the list twice not to call. Someone in government should be controlling this.

I always felt sorry for coal miners who are losing their jobs. Then I saw them in an ad for Joe Manchin. You'd think they'd put family before politics.

I would like to thank the principal, faculty and policemen who help the students depart after school at Dunbar Middle School.

Has anyone forgotten that Bill Clinton was impeached for lying and the shenanigans that went on in the White House? Hillary doesn't do her job very well. She didn't protect those four people who were murdered by the terrorists in Libya.

I will stay up and watch the election results on Nov. 6. I don't believe that any West Virginian could possibly know the results.

The speed limit at Five Corners on Charleston's West Side is 35 mph and you've got people going at speeds of 65 and 70 through there. What are you going to do about it?

I'd like to know why the Charleston Police Department or the prosecuting attorney haven't brought charges against the parents of the two teenagers going around robbing people with a gun.

Concerning the redistricting of John Adams Middle School: They need to put all of the students there back in their own districts. This would eliminate overcrowding.

I don't think you'll find any Republican against photo ID for voting. After all, it is the Democrats who get convicted for voter fraud.

I'd like to know what Obama and his administration are covering up for Libya. It is a disgrace that they didn't better protect our American citizens.
