Why spend 10 million dollars for a road inside Chief Logan State Park when the state Department of Transportation is under-funded $400 million just for the maintenance of the current highway system.
I noticed on the cover of the Gazette magazine showing the Kansas State quarterback wearing an 'energy bracelet.' Tell Dana to buy his team ... one for each arm. Win or lose I will always defend and be a WVU fan. Go Mountaineers.
To the person who found my debit card on the parking lot of the Little General store in Winfield; you have my deepest thanks. God bless you.
For all you voters who just can't get over the skin color of our president, do remember that Jesus was a dark-skinned man. If he was at a Romney-Ryan rally, he would stick out like a sore thumb.
Hey, if you don't like Romney's vision for America's future, just wait a few days and it will change to what you want to hear. The man will say absolutely anything to win. Don't believe him.
If the power is out again for a week or more everyone at APCO should be fired. They got caught with their pants down during the big wind storm for not keeping the maintenance up on their power lines and now they have had all this time to get caught up and probably haven't done a thing.
Actually the Charleston Gay Men's Chorale is part of a long and proud tradition of Gay men's choirs. There are over a hundred such groups around the world. You can look up our group on Facebook.
The person who said Obama had no accomplishments to run on is either biased or stupid. I give you the Affordable Health Care Act, the death of bin Laden, the rescue of the auto industry, cracking down on Wall Street thieves, Iraq and Afghanistan is winding down, etc. I could go on and on, but I think you understand.
It is hard to believe politicians are talking about more tax cuts next year. We have been 'stimulating' the economy with well over a trillion dollars each of the last four years. Does it not seem likely it would have worked by now if that was the solution? How deep must the hole get?
I wonder how many will change the position they had in 2000 if Romney wins the popular vote and Obama the Electoral College. It will be fun to watch. Talk about flip-flopping.

To the person who said I should watch Fox News occasionally to get the whole picture, I do sometimes tune to Fox News, but I start laughing and have to tune to serious news channels.
Hypocrites. The Democrats, with a history of voter fraud, calling in the UN to make sure the Republicans don't cheat in this election.
Does anyone else remember how John Kerry was raked over the coals for being a "flip-flopper?" The speed at which Romney has reversed himself on past policies to appeal to independents is nothing short of neck-breaking.
You can tell you have dishonest politicians when none of them are warning people about the extreme sacrifices soon coming our way. I wouldn't want to be the winner in this one.
A Humana commercial on TV shows smiling senior citizens calling knowledgeable and helpful customer representatives for prompt assistance. It must be a different Humana than the one I call.
Democrats work hard for workers, minorities, seniors, women, and gays. Republicans work hard for rich, white men. Yet they are tied in the polls. Do polls ignore the 90 percent?
If Joe Manchin says he is supporting bringing our troops home and putting America first, why is he siding with Republicans who put their personal interest ahead of what's best for our country?
I'm not a fan of either one of the Clintons but I would love for Hillary to come clean with what she knows about the Benghazi attack. Obama is pointing the finger at her and if she takes the fall to help his re-election her days in politics are over.
Teddy was the best Roosevelt that we ever had as president. FDR started us down the slippery slope of the federal government handouts, social programs and refused to stand up to Stalin who was just as bad as Hitler. So no, FDR was not the greatest president we've ever had.
If Halloween trick or treat was moved to Tuesday so as to accommodate Wednesday night church services, why are so many school sports events played on Sunday mornings?
I just can't understand why anyone with an IQ of 5 or better would think Obama deserves another four years. I pity this country if he gets another four years.
The people complaining about the GOP not working with Democrats need to learn something about democracy. The majority of the voters sent more Republicans to D.C. for that very reason. It worked in the midterm elections and more will be sent this election.
