I understand that the budget for the Ambassador to Libya was cut by the Republican Party. I would like an answer from Sen. McCain why that happened. That is the bottom line.

My opinion of the Manchin dynasty has changed. It has gone downhill. There could have been no good reason for dismissing Jorea Marple. She has been a shining example of excellence and helpfulness for our children whose education she has dedicated her life to.

Instead of spending all that money for the tent up there to have parties in, why don't they take that money and spend it on bulletproof vests for the police officers instead of asking the public to donate money for that? After all, the tent is paid for by taxpayers. Why can't they buy the vests out of taxpayers' money?

Quit crying about how Obama is the worst president ever, right-wingers. You got your hat handed to you, you got thumped, routed, stomped, etc. Anyone who has lived in America since 2000 knows who the worst president in our history was.

To show how far Fox News is out of touch with the real world, during a recent show, as they went to break, they played "Free Bird" by Charlie Daniels. Probably because of Daniels' politics. As a taxpayer, I think it is wrong that our law enforcement puts their lives on the line for us every day and they are not provided with safety vests to protect their own lives. ... Something is very wrong with this picture. Those citizens who made donations for the purchase of life-saving vests not provided by our government are to be commended.

An extensive search was made before Dr. Marple was selected. The field was narrowed down to three and she was the most qualified candidate.
