I thought all federal buildings had to be handicap-accessible. The Ripley Post Office is on the second floor. There is no way you can get to it in a wheelchair. If it is snowing or slick, you can't get to it on crutches. I don't know why they don't build a handicap-accessible facility in Ripley and tear down the old building and make a parking lot out of it.
