Reporter Mackenzie Mays wrote an excellent article Sunday explaining the no bid contract history of the Manchin administration and his appointees to the state Board of Education. So, what do we believe ... the facts or the cover-up excuses? It's dirty illegal politics as usual in West Virginia.
Speaking of ugly WV stereotypes and illegal no-bid contract practices and corrupt government, Joe Manchin only has to look in a mirror.
President Obama has not divided this country. The Republican Party said no the minute our president was elected in 2008 and they continue to say no to anything our president suggests, even if they agree, they say no. The Republicans have divided themselves from our country. Interestingly enough, Republicans saying no did not prevent our President Obama from winning a second term. Their plan did not work.
I imagine I'll watch "Buckwild" once, maybe twice out of morbid curiosity, but that's about all.

How refreshing to see the amazing photo of the saddlebred horse with the young lady aboard. We have owned and showed saddlebreds and know the work and rewards of working with these amazing animals. A tip of our hat to this fine young lady, her family and the hard work that goes into being successful.
I disagree with the person who said President Obama has divided this country in ways never seen before. I can see he has tried to unite us, but we are still divided about 50-50, which, I contend, began when the Republicans tried to destroy President Clinton with their political witch hunt about a sexual encounter, which was none of their business anyway.
Memo to Joe Manchin: Sometimes if you complain loudly about something, it only serves to draw more attention to it. Unless, of course, you want to draw attention to yourself?
The stimulus money spent on routers, etc. that are not usable by anyone. Someone please follow the money.
After seeing how Republicans treat organized labor and the working man in many states, I'll say this: If you work for a living and vote Republican, you're a damn fool.
