My question is to the parents of children in West Virginia. I believe in climate change. How can you as a parent not be concerned about your children's future. I chose not to have children but I still believe in climate change. But you're not worried about it for your children?

Instead of calling Marshall the Thundering Herd, they should call them the Whimpering Herd. They cannot only not play football, they cannot play basketball.

Yes, marijuana should be legalized in West Virginia.

I wonder if the people who filmed "Buckwild" went to a WVU football game and burned a couch or two?

Please have the Boone County deputy sheriff explain why he was at the Southridge shopping center if he wasn't on duty and pursuing a criminal. It doesn't seem right to me. He should have stayed in Boone County.

When all those people who are voting for the right-to-work law get sick, fired, demoted, who will stand up for them? I remember those days of the past. That's why we now have unions.

We always knew that poor old Joe wasn't intelligent, now he's coming out against freedom of speech. The more we protest "Buckwild" the more we show the country that we have a hang-up. Come on Joe, lighten up and let's laugh at ourselves, OK?

I agree 100 percent with your article Sunday about shopping local. You could also add that it's a lot better to go to the store and actually see what you're buying and read the instructions or try it on rather than having to take a chance on that and wait forever for it to come.

I have a comment about the two Charleston police officers -- one was arrested for DUI and being involved in an accident. How can someone be placed on administrative leave with pay? That wouldn't happen to a regular citizen. They don't get paid to miss their work.

Can someone please find out from Suddenlink what's going on with the services in the Julian area? We have not had adequate phone, Internet or cable since June and frankly I'm sick of it.

I checked on the tickets at the National Guard Armory in Millwood for the Dec. 22 concert for Landau Murphy and they are $45 each. I'd really like to see him, but really, come on. And three days before Christmas? Sorry, I just can't do it.

I see that the Manchins were able to get one of their buddies from Randolph County elected to the school board, so now they have no opposition and can run the schools any way they want to.

I've met several people who think the gas line explosion in Sissonville is God's punishment for allowing "Buckwild" to be filmed there.

If our country is as bad off as fat cat Republican financial experts say, why aren't they dumping their stocks, instead of adding to their positions?
