State workers need to remember that they work for the public, the public does not work for them. To the senior citizen complaining about paying taxes that go to support schools: I too am a senior citizen and I'm happy to have part of my taxes go to support schools. Someone paid taxes for my children to go to schools.

The idea placing women in combat is ridiculous. Are you really going to send 35 men and five women out on a one-week patrol in the mountains where everyone has to carry an 85-pound pack and the only restroom is the side of a trail?

Why is it that if a man calls 911 for a domestic disturbance call they won't be there until the next day or the day after. But if a women calls, they'll be there in about 30 minutes at least. Now think about that.
