Hey, Shelley Moore Capito, what are you going to do about the U.S. Postal Service going down the tubes? This is responsibility that initiates in the House of Representatives, and you are a representative, but I don't hear anything from you on that.

Well, you'd think the U.S. Post Office would be able to deliver mail on Saturday. Maybe they would if they'd quit giving the money to charities like the Lance Armstrong Foundation and stuff.
