Facebook cleared $1 billion last year, paid no income tax, yet gets a tax refund of $429 million. And that is just one corporation, out of over 25, that paid no income taxes last year. And Republicans scream about welfare fraud. The Republicans defending corporations are the real fraud.
The world was upside down this past Sunday. Charles Krauthammer was defending President Obama, and Leonard Pitts was criticizing him.
Maybe the bozos who have been complaining about Obama's vacations saw Doonesbury in the Sunday Gazette-Mail comics, explaining that Obama takes about three weeks vacation a year, and George W. Bush averaged nine weeks vacation per year for eight years. So who is working at the job more?
Who do we get to investigate the Attorney General's office? It's starting to smell a little skunky there.
It seems the postal system could design a plan that, for a fee, an individual customer may have Saturday delivery, but pay for it. Easy to control with the four-digit extension and not having the general taxpayers burdened with picking up the deficit.
Now nothing is left for sports fans after football except ice curling. What ever happened to beach volleyball?
To those Republicans wanting more information concerning the Benghazi, Libya attack, good luck. I'm still waiting on more information concerning why George W. Bush ignored the Hart-Rudman Report in January 2001 concerning terrorists planning to attack us, and the August 2001 White House intelligence briefing warning Bush that terrorists could use planes to attack us. Both were ignored. Why?
Here's hoping our court system will mete out justice for Mrs. Marple and what she has been through. If there was, in fact, reason to replace her, it was done in a clandestine manner and those responsible should be removed themselves.
Did you hear Marco Rubio say that the government is the problem, then say that he received a government loan to attend college? Kinda like do as I say not as I do. Typical hypocritical Republican.
