That was an appropriate place to put all the new gun permits right beside of the weddings and divorces because I'm sure many of those people will die by the guns that were bought by those idiots.

Please get rid of Leonard Pitts. He is nothing but a troublemaking person.

There is no mystery on why the Mountaineers went from playing in the Final Four three years ago to basically zero this year. It's one simple reason and nobody will have the guts to say it. Huggins is not recruiting.

Why can't our government take $10 from everyone that gets a government check, from everyone that gets food stamps or anything else provided by the government? Take $10 for those who don't take anything from the government. ... Put all this money in a pool and the debt would be down in less than a year.

I heard a radio show bemoaning the fact that many people are unable to go to West Virginia football games. ... Well, ever look at the cost of it? For one person it's over $100 for gasoline, meals, tickets.

When I see the number of people asking and receiving gun permits, it tells us something. People are afraid of our government and people are afraid of their neighbors. We are living in a state of fear.

Why is it when budget cuts are necessary we always look at the bottom of a totem pole for a reduction? Most of our money problems result in the cabbage disease. That's where the head is being larger than the stalk. The heads refuse to be considered for any cuts or reductions.

Sunday article headline reads "Republican Party going the way of the Whigs." The headline ought to read "America, by its leftist policies, going the way of the socialist Europe and shambles economically."

Shame on you Multifest board of directors for having people come out Saturday night to listen to the mess that you fed us where no questions were allowed to be asked. How dare you ask the community for their assistance when you don't want to tell the community what your future plans are.

Does anyone really take Rush Limbaugh seriously? Come on.

It is sad that any school employee can't see that many children have parents who aren't very well educated themselves. Perhaps this good person could get together a few meetings with stay-at-home moms and pleasantly help them understand how they can help their children be better prepared.

I seen in the paper today where they're wanting to cut back on peoples' Social Security checks. Why don't they cut back on their big salaries each year? That way they'd have enough to pay us. We worked and earned every dime we get.
