The Kanawha County Commission might support a library levy, but I really don't think that the voters ever will. It is hard enough to get a longstanding levy passed anymore, much less a new one.
I am so sick of every time you open the paper all it is about is gays, and the fact that the legislators down there all they want to do is mess with things that people have to have, like the gas tax. They don't want to do anything that would hurt them, like increasing the cigarette tax and alcohol tax.
