CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- I sincerely hope that the Virginia Tech Hokies required a damage deposit from WVU before agreeing to play football with them again.
Go listen to Willie Nelson's "Poncho and Lefty." It's all about H. John Rogers.
To the reader who talks about Paula Deen, I think it's ridiculous. I think 30 years ago is long enough to forget something.
I am so proud of our president. President Obama takes all the jabs and jeers that people dish out to him.
Don't worry about West Virginians. God will provide. We are a sturdy and self-sufficient lot. I'm proud of being a West Virginian. Quit putting people down.
This is to the person who said Paula was obnoxious. You could have just changed the channel, you know. I think Paula is a very lovely lady and I'm deeply grieved and disappointed with the terrible injustice done to her.
Hoppy's doing another white-black show. Determined to keep racism alive and well in our state.
Even though we had to pry it out of Kabler, glad he listed bribe money used to feed delegates. Thanks, Phil.
The Zimmerman defense team went to court with actual evidence. The biased judge didn't even allow half the evidence the defense had. The Florida prosecutors went in with "This is what we think might have happened" hearsay theories. The jury made the right decision.
I see where the Department of Justice might investigate the Zimmerman trial. They didn't investigate any of the scandals they were actually involved in but they'll jump right on this one.
If you disagree with Joe Holland's stand against the government, you are part of the problem, not the solution. Because of people like you, our next generation might not know what true freedom is.
With all the stabbings being reported in the news media, I guess the next move by our intelligent politicians will be a requirement for a background check before one can purchase a knife.
Mr. Zimmerman has won this "battle" but I am afraid he has just started on a long "war" yet to be won. Only time will tell the real outcome of this tragic event.
I strongly support the writer about the speeds and behavior of the truckers on our turnpike. ... Slow them down and save lives.
Joe Manchin is going for the White House within the next two or three elections. Watch what I'm telling you. He can't lose now.
Thank you Saturday Gazette-Mail for the headline and the cheerful photograph about jobs. It made my day. It really cheered me up.
