Obama is the best president we have ever had at "leading from behind."
Rick Steelhammer's story about the beautiful islands is very interesting. The boundary of Virginia extended to the west bank of the Ohio River. When my employer was drilling gas wells in Jackson County, we searched records in Ohio to make certain that there was no claims to the islands recorded in Ohio counties.
Almost daily, polls show the lack of confidence in this president and his administration, whether on the economy, immigration, relationships with our allies etc. It would be very hard to be proud of having voted for this man.
Since 17 out of 18 of the states with the lowest incomes in the U.S. are Republican states and 15 out of 16 of the states with the highest incomes in the U.S. are Democratic states, why would we ever elect Republicans to any office anywhere in the country?
The do-not-call registry is a joke. You have to wait 31 days then maybe they'll do something. We'll see.
I know that Darrell McGraw is a very fine man who helped many people in our state. He also was very kind and helpful to beginning lawyers. His loss is a terrible loss to the state of West Virginia.
I think people need to quit worrying about who other people love and what other people do and take a long look in the mirror before they pass judgment. People need to mind their own business.
Why was the lawyer in Charleston that was shooting at the cops, why was he not blown away and his house shot up like our poor old sick Mr. Evans was in Nicholas County?
I see where organ donation is in the news today. West Virginians think they can take their organs to heaven with them. I don't understand.
Here it is August and I'm wearing a jacket. Whatever happened to global warming, or have we just avoided the whole discussion by calling it climate change? At least I'm thankful to be in West Virginia.
I would advise everybody in West Virginia to heavily arm yourself, take courses in combat shooting, so you can learn how to use those weapons to protect yourself from the cops. It seems like with officers in huge numbers and SWAT teams even for minor altercations, so you need to be ready to protect yourself. Otherwise you're going to die.
Does anybody know if the National Association of Police and Troopers is a legitimate concern for calling for funds?
