So, the Gazette editorializes that Assad should be "dragged before the International Criminal Court -- preferably in chains," and we should not destroy his chemical weapon depots. Who, may we ask, specifically is going capture Assad, put him in chains and drag him before the court -- the Gazette's editor?

To the person complaining about bicyclists on the street: By law, we're supposed to ride on the street, not the sidewalk.
