I see the ACA is saving lots of money for the masses and at least a trillion dollars more than the GOP's plan of nothingness. My crystal ball sees lots of savings in the future and the saving of many American lives. Keep up the good work, Democrats. At least we have something for all the days we have worked.
McDonald's is only preparing for the near future rise in health care and the minimum wage. In case you are slow, whenever wages go up, the cost of the product produced by the worker will go up to match the wage increase, same for health care. That is only basic economics. ... Don't be fooled by people who say otherwise. ...

As someone who saw what happened before when the sales tax was removed from food, this current hole in the budget is no surprise. ... The politicians will inevitably come to the same conclusion as those before them did: There simply is no other place to get the revenue needed to balance the budget.
What is it going to take for Democrats to acknowledge the failure of this administration? At one time, I was a Dem instead of an independent and I voted for Richard Nixon. I now admit that was a mistake. Fess up Dems, you've been had. The worst part is you took many of us with you.
It has to be the education level or gays and guns for the reason West Virginia is voting for the Republicans because if you read Shelley Moore Capito's voting record, she is nothing but a lackey for the radicals in the Republican Party.
I disagree with both comments that either Obama or Ted Cruz look like Alfred E. Neuman. George W. Bush is the spitting image of Alfred E. Neuman, right down to the silly smirk.I cannot vote for the excess levy. ... There has to be a more fair way to fund the financial needs of the school system and library. A sales tax would allow all people to contribute.
