Once again, Charleston Newspapers is too good to put a headline praising Marshall's win. The proper headline should have been 'Marshall wins again.' Instead, they give a bad headline about the offense.
Pete Thaw does his job well. We could use more people like Mr. Thaw in our school system. Thanks, Mr. Thaw.
A Kansas victory over West Virginia? The Mountaineers don't deserve a bowl game.
The Kanawha County school board says they need $4 million. Well they got $3 million for what they're supposed to give the library, so that only leaves them $1 million short. They could get that real easy just by cutting the fat out of Elizabeth Street. Is their math the reason our kids have to take remedial math once they go to college?
Dana Holgorsen must go.
To the West Virginia Lottery: How come you raised the numbers on the Mega Millions 75 balls? The odds now are 1 in 258 million. I'll never buy another Mega Millions ticket. I'm about ready to quit buying Powerball tickets. I'm no dummy.
Being a brunette I find it very offensive that all of the St. Albans queens have blond hair, all five of them. Not one brunette.
I wonder why you publish things said against Pete Thaw. I called to say that I think he does his job well and wished we had more people like him and it hasn't been published. He's a good man.
I wish these big C-130 planes would quit burning their toxic fuels directly over my rooftop. Can we do something about this?
I guess the person that called in blasting George W. Bush forgets what Clinton did to keep out of the military, and I don't think Obama's ever been in the military, my friend.
I wish you people would stop bellyaching about Joe Manchin being a Republican in disguise. It doesn't matter what he is, Democrat or Republican, as long as he's doing the will of the people.
Thank you River City Ford for your new TV commercial. The old ones with the man getting slapped around were offensive.
What happened to the charges against Phil Reale?
