You think fracking is OK? Really? Studies being done in Colorado on water around these sites show high levels of chemicals causing devastating illness, including such things as birth defects, among other ailments. What's going to happen here in West Virginia?
To all the comments we've had to read about Marshall playing high school teams during their football games while their teams didn't play those. Guess what. Marshall's going to a bowl this year while their team sits and watches their TVs. Explain that.
Perhaps instead of legislation to protect elderly people, perhaps you should hold the families responsible that are taking their income. Have them watched and be vigilant over these senior citizens at risk. It's not fair for all the people to be responsible for the brunt of this.
