Why is it then a young performer goes to Hollywood, they immediately become a complete damned fool; and when a person goes to Washington, D.C., no matter to which party they belong, they immediately become corrupt and evil? Is it something in the water in those two cities?
Barack Obama is the president of the United States; Rush Limbaugh is a lying drug addict. That is the difference between them.
So now UPS and FedEx are being blamed because people waited until the very last minute to order gifts. The sense of entitlement and whining by so many has become a sick spectacle.
Reportedly, there exists a classified 800-page congressional Investigative Report on 9-11 which contains a section called "specific sources of foreign support" for the 9/11 attacks. We, the American people, deserve to know who those sources were.

Delegate Guthrie's request to the Board of Medicine was very well-reasoned and appropriate. The WVU doctor's reply was childish, immature and snarky. To think that he is not only a doctor, but is in a supervisory and educational position, is chilling.
For all who believe the government should spend our money more wisely, let's abolish the concept of "holiday" and replace it with "celebration". We could observe all the same events, but all celebrations would be held on Saturdays. No paid "holiday" for anyone would save over a half billion dollars per year federally. Add in the savings for each state budget and this idea doesn't sound so crazy.
