Ben Parr had nine saves in the first half for South Charleston (0-3) and A.J. Dilliard 13 in the second. Winfield outshot the Black Eagles 24-7.

After play continued, Rachel Haynes scored for Sissonville (3-0-0). Brie Davis tallied a goal for the Timberwolves (0-2-2) while Samantha Houck recorded 15 saves.
HOOVER 2, NICHOLAS 0: Elizabeth Thompson turned in 13 saves as host Herbert Hoover blanked the Grizzlies. Brooke Neeley and Ariel Thaxton scored a goal each for the Huskies (2-1). Two Nicholas keepers combined for eight saves.
POINT PLEASANT 4, LINCOLN 2: Miranda Thompson, Tessa Tarker, Marla Nowlin and Amanda King tallied a goal apiece for the Black Knights (2-3) while Ashley Burns had four saves. For Lincoln County (2-3), Kaci Murray and Desiree Owens each had a goal.
WINFIELD 0, FAIRMONT SENIOR 0: Faith Farley recorded three saves as the visiting Generals (1-0-3) battled the Polar Bears (1-0-3) to a scoreless tie. Alex Mascaro repelled four shots for Fairmont. Each team had just three shots on goal.
HURRICANE 5, GREEN. EAST 0: Becca Logan led the way for Hurricane (2-1) with two goals while Skye Smith, Abby Barber and Ginny Cunningham netted one goal apiece.
