Roundup: Tobias leads UC women past Central State

Ali Tobias went 6-for-10 for 14 points, with eight rebounds and three assists to lead the visiting University of Charleston women's basketball team over Central State 75-56 Thursday night.

Lindsey Kentner was 4-for-5 and 2-for-2 at the line to add 11 points to the Golden Eagles (2-1) total. Natashal Galloway led Central State with eight points.

  • WVU BASKETBALL: West Virginia University basketball coach Bob Huggins' weekly talk show on the MetroNews Radio Network will air live from 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Charleston Marriot Town Center.

    The public is invited to be a part of the live studio audience. Those attending are asked to bring a non-perishable food item or cash donation to benefit the Mountain Mission.
