Billy Hahn has been named assistant to the head coach for West Virginia University basketball and Jerrod Calhoun has been named assistant coach under Bob Huggins.
Hahn, a coaching veteran of 34 years, will enter his fifth season on the Mountaineer staff after serving as an assistant coach for the previous four seasons.
Hahn spent the majority of his coaching career at Maryland, where he was an assistant to Gary Williams from 1989-2001. He began his coaching career in 1975 as an assistant coach at Morris Harvey College (now the University of Charleston) and was head coach at Ohio University from 1986-89.
Calhoun, who has spent the last four seasons as director of basketball operations at WVU, came to West Virginia in 2007 from Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio, where he spent three seasons as assistant coach.
