nnWVSU TO HONOR 1987 BASKETBALL TEAM: The 1987 West Virginia State men's basketball team will be honored at a reception at 7 tonight at the Erickson Alumni Center. The team won both the West Virginia Conference regular-season and tournament titles and finished as the NAIA national runner-up.
Team members attending include Omar Booth, Larry Bryson, Wayne Casey, J.L. Layne, Ron Legette, Ron Moore, Ruben Noles, Joey Oden and Jeff Woods, as well as coaches Craig Carse, Bob Starkey and Edgar Randall.
