The Mountaineers scored 195.900 points. Georgia won the regional with 197.100, followed by Oregon State (196.450), Michigan (196.325) and the host Tigers (196.100). Michigan State (194.050) finished behind WVU.
Hope Sloanhoffer had the Mountaineers top individual effort, finishing tied for third in the balance beam.
