WVU's Cook, Garwin arrested for shoplifting
West Virginia starting safeties Darwin Cook and Terence Garvin face misdemeanor shoplifting charges stemming from the alleged theft of snacks from a Morgantown convenience store.
A criminal complaint says a Monongalia County sheriff's deputy arrested Cook and Garvin on Tuesday.
A store manager says two men entered the store and took several items without paying for them, including bottled drinks, pretzels and other snacks. The theft occurred last month.

Throwing rocks, glass houses. Sound familiar??
Let's see what some brainiacs said:
"I love it when marshal fails ALMOST as much as when West Virginia wins."
So, you still "loving it"?
"Huntington is a Drug Infested Town for sure. The Crack Heads from Detroit call it Moneytington. When Boss Hog was the Coach he had somebody at the Police Station waiting all the time...."
So I suppose Morgantown now is "drug infested for sure"? Do the crack heads from Pittsburgh call it Morganhole? I guess Holgorsen is a bit shy about hanging out at the jail, lest someone get the wrong idea huh?
"Why was this hidden from the public? I want a Senate investigation now. Heads should roll."
Agreed! Works even better now doesn't it? You know, flagship, THE university...etc.,
Stones? Glass houses? Ring a bell....anyone?
You people are almaost always the first ones to post on WVU boards wether the subject be good or bad. Honestly,it just shows how sorry and lonely you really are. It's like you sit in your grandmas' basement waiting in great anticipation for the next WVU article to come out. Really makes you day hey? You know it does. Still a little miffed that Bruce Irwin got picked in the first round and your boy the second. You were so sure weren't you. That's why you for once stayed off our boards. Let's get this straight right now! Marshall has never been or never will be as good as WVU!! You can hope for it ,wish for it,dream about it in your thundering herd pajammas and bed linen, and fantasize about it while drinking coffee from your green and white plastic cups. But it will never ever be .Come on here and post all the crap you want to. You are second rate jealous people from one of the worst towns in America. AND YOU KNOW IT!! C YA
Let me ask you something. When wvu went nearly 3 decades between wins against Penn State, why did they keep playing? According to your "logic" they definitely weren't in the same class.
I've also heard of the same thing happening in Morgantown. Cashiers recognize these players and will give them stuff free of charge. Without having actual knowledge of what happened in this incident, that would be my first guess.
