WVU's Madsen named to Rimington watch list

West Virginia University's Joe Madsen has been named to the Rimington Trophy watch list. Madsen, a 6-foot-4, 310-pound senior from Chadron, Ohio, is one of 51 nominees on the list for the most outstanding center in the Football Bowl Subdivision of college football.

Other notable nominees include Eloy Atkinson of UTEP, Tulsa's Trent Dupy, B.J. Finney of Kansas State, TCU's James Fry, Ben Habern of Oklahoma, SMU's Blake McJunkin, Austin Quattrochi of Southern Miss and UCF's Jordan Rae.
