New Fairmont State football coach Jason Woodman announced three new additions to the Falcons' staff Tuesday.

Mike Compton (offensive line), Dan Gayton (wide receivers) and Chris Harvey (defensive line/special teams) will join Woodman for his first season in Fairmont.

Compton, a consensus All-American as a center at WVU who went on to win two Super Bowl rings with the New England Patriots, spent the last two seasons as the offensive line coach and director of football operations at Bluefield (Va.) Harvey, a Logan County native who won a national championship as a player at Miami in 2002, was the offensive line coach at North Alabama prior to accepting the position at Fairmont.
