George Washington's Jake Smith gets his arm raised as Class AAA state champion after defeating Washington's Dylan Ceravalo 6-4 in the 160-pound final Saturday night, capping Smith's unbeaten senior season. It was the second state title for Smith, who won last year at 145 pounds.

Winfield sophomore Bryce Humphreys (left) defeated Ripley's Lucas Simpkins 11-5 in the Class AAA 126-pound championship match. His title helped the Generals finish in ninth place in the AAA team standings with 701/2 points.
