Grantham visits WVU, no commitment yet

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- State high school boys basketball player of the year Donte' Grantham made a visit to West Virginia University Tuesday but did not make a commitment to the Mountaineers.

WVU has scholarships available after Jabarie Hinds, Aaron Brown and Volodymyr Gerun were granted releases from the team Monday, and it's been reported that WVU coach Bob Huggins would like to offer of those scholarship's to Grantham, who led Martinsburg to the Class AAA state championship last month.

Grantham, a 6-foot-7 forward who averaged 18.3 points and 9.1 rebounds as a senior, also has offers from Clemson, Marshall, James Madison, George Mason, Radford and VMI, among others.
