Allie homers twice in Power's win at Savannah

SAVANNAH, Ga. - Stetson Allie accounted for five RBIs on two home runs while Josh Bell had two doubles and two RBIs as West Virginia won 10-1 over Savannah Monday night.

Allie's home runs came in the third and seventh innings and were his seventh and eighth of the season. He also struck out three times but still leads the Power (10-15) with a .351 batting average. Bell finished 2 for 4 and the three RBIs raised his total this season to 28.

Tyler Glasnow allowed just two hits with seven strikeouts and two walks in five innings to get his first win of the season.

West Virginia has today off before returning home Wednesday to open a seven-game home stand, beginning with a three-game set against Greensboro.
