Riverside duo signs with Glenville football
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Quarterback Trevor Rumberg and receiver Marcus Reed, a top-notch throw-and-catch combination from Riverside, signed with the Glenville State football program on Monday.
Rumberg set a school record last fall with 1,672 yards passing and threw for 12 touchdowns. Reed ranked third in the Mountain State Athletic Conference in receiving with 45 catches for 880 yards and eight scores.
Each was selected to the All-MSAC football team, Rumberg as a first-team utility player and Reed as a second-team receiver.
