Allie's two homers lead Power to 9-3 win at Kannapolis

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. - Stetson Allie hit two home runs, bringing his season total to a league-leading 12, as the West Virginia Power defeated the Kannapolis Intimidators 9-3 Tuesday.

Allie went deep in the first and sixth innings and Dilson Herrera also homered and drove in four runs with three hits for the Power. Orlando Castro (4-3) allowed no earned runs on two hits in six innings.

West Virginia (23-22) plays the final game of the series at Kannapolis (15-26) today before coming back to Appalachian Power Park for a two-series, seven-game homestand beginning Thursday.
