Receiver from Miami commits to WVU
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia football coach Dana Holgorsen has received his second commitment for the 2015 recruiting class in Jovon Durante, according to published reports.
The rising junior is a 6-foot-1, 180-pound wide receiver/safety from Miami's Jackson High. He's rated as a four-star recruit and the nation's 167th best overall player by 247Sports.
Durante reportedly originally committed to Florida International and chose WVU over Alabama, Auburn, Cincinnati, Miami and Pittsburgh. Mountaineer assistant JaJuan Seider has recruited Durante.
