"I'm not sure it's going to be different than the last two days," Holliday half-joked. "We'll have a pad right here [points to hip], but it won't be a hell of a lot different. We won't tackle to the ground tomorrow, but most of the stuff we do is 'thud' work anyway, because you become better tacklers staying up.
"Even when we turn them loose on three Saturdays in a scrimmage, that's what they're going to have to do."
The single practice begins at 2:30 p.m, followed by a scrimmage at 10:45 a.m. Saturday. Today's practice is fully open to the public, but the scrimmage is restricted to 2013 season-ticket holders and Big Green Scholarship Foundation donors. However, fans may buy season tickets or join the Big Green at Gate A in the northwest corner of the stadium.
Fan Day is at 4 p.m. Sunday, with players signing autographs on the field after their team picture. Gates open at 3:30 and admission is free. Fans are asked to enter Gate A.
