Joey Trupo and Anthony Cipollone each tallied two goals as visiting Charleston Catholic defeated Greenbrier East 4-0 in boys soccer Saturday.
The Fighting Irish (8-2-2) outshot the Spartans (3-6-2) 14-3, with Patrick Kline stopping three shots to earn the shutout in goal.
For the Panthers (2-3), who were held to 104 net yards, Aaron Copley returned an interception 95 yards for a TD and caught a 51-yard scoring pass from Tyler Copley.
For the Tide (2-3), Braden Harrah caught four passes for 139 yards and two TDs, one a 65-yarder from Bailey Kirk.
