Pa. cornerback commits to Mountaineers
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- West Virginia picked up a verbal commitment Monday from one of the players near the top of its wish list - cornerback Dravon Henry from Aliquippa, Pa.
A four-star recruit according to Rivals and perhaps Pennsylvania's top recruit, Henry chose the Mountaineers over his finalist list of Pitt, Miami, Maryland and Louisville. The 5-foot-11, 190-pounder is the second four-star commitment in WVU's class, joining Baltimore quarterback William Crest.
Henry becomes the 17th committed member of West Virginia's recruiting class, which also includes 12 three-star recruits according to the Rivals ratings. Players are not bound by their commitments until signing a national letter of intent in February.
