Vida Imani and Hanna Gallian each scored 16 points as Charleston Catholic improved to 12-4 with a 53-35 girls basketball win over Notre Dame Saturday.
Francesca Steele led Notre Dame (8-7) with 17 points.
Greenbrier East 52, Buckhannon-Upshur 27: Elizabeth Romeo scored 13 points and Chaunte' McDowell added 12 as Greenbrier East (15-1) picked up a home win. Megan McQueen had 14 points and 18 rebounds for Buckhannon-Upshur (6-9).
Chapmanville 63, Wayne 25: Kristin DesRocher tallied 18 points and Hillary Hainer 11 to pace the win for the host Tigers (12-6). For the Pioneers, Emily Marsh scored 14 points.
PikeView 61, Bluefield 56: Madison May scored a game-best 24 points as host PikeView pulled out a win. Courtney White pitched in 11 points for the Class AA No. 10 Panthers (12-3). Tyra Jackson led the Beavers with 13 points followed by Deja Taxley with 12 and Destiney Sims with 11.
