WVU SPORTS: Due to the weather on Monday, the baseball game between WVU and Marshall scheduled for Tuesday at Appalachain Power Park was postponed.
The teams will play a game in Morgantown on April 23. The Mountaineers will travel to UNC Wilmington this weekend for a three-game series.
The WVU gymnastics team had seven members named to the 2014 Academic All-Big 12 gymnastics team, the league announced Tuesday. Hope Sloanhoffer, Bethany Yurko and Lia Salzano earned first-team awards for the second straight year, while Erica Smith, Melissa Idell and Jaida Lawrence earned their first career honor.
WVU football season ticket holders can now renew their 2014 tickets online at WVUGAME.com. By renewing online, fans will save $10 on the order fee and be eligible to win four pregame field passes - one winner will be selected for each home game. The priority renewal deadline is May 15.
