CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia football coach Dana Holgorsen announced on Twitter Friday that JaJaun Seider, formerly the running backs coach and recruiting coordinator at Marshall, will join the WVU staff as running backs coach.

Holgorsen tweeted, "Welcome Home WVU grad JaJaun Seider as WVU RB Coach. The T.E.A.M. is finally ready for Sunday's Spring FB #1."

Sider was a quarterback for the Mountaineers from 1996 through 1998 before transferring to Florida A&M and was previously a graduate assistant on the WVU staff before being hired at Marshall. He will replace Robert Gillespie, who left West Virginia for the same position at the University of Tennessee.
